Liam has had the privilege of working in a diverse range of sports, which has refined my coaching philosophy to adopt a holistic, person-first approach. His main area and passion is around coaching (notably in deceleration and change of direction) and dedicated to helping athletes develop their full athletic potential"

AARON CLARKE

"Aaron, a native of Eastbourne, played football throughout his childhood, alongside multi-sports, which nurtured his passion for fitness. He subsequently completed his studies at Hartpury University, where he achieved first-class honours in strength and conditioning and an MRES in sport and exercise science.

Over the past few years, Aaron has had the opportunity to elevate his coaching standards and collaborate with elite athletes, including female rugby international players.

Presently, Aaron leads the pathway for the women's rugby programme at Hartpury, overseeing (ACE) college and university (BUCS) in their strength and conditioning programmes. His work with such an elite and diverse group of athletes has ignited my passion for motivating individuals to attain their peak performance potential. As an integral part of an athlete's journey to success, he is committed to ensuring that every aspect contributes to their overall development, adapting a first-person approach to their well-being."

GARRY HUNTER

Growing up, Garry enjoyed sport and represented Gloucestershire Schools during his teens.  When his daughter was ten, he began coaching sprints.  Shortly afterwards he qualified as a Speed Coach and has been involved with Speed Coaching at the Blackbridge Jubilee Athletics Track for the past 16 years.

Garry believes in the mantra “You get out of sport what you put into it” and expects the same from his athletes and himself. He enjoys the challenge of developing good technique and quality movement and watching athletes grow.

Garry’s coaching expertise and passion, honed over years of experience, support and guide our young sprinters on their journey to success and personal growth within the sport.

ETHAN NORVILL

Strength & Conditioning & Assistant Athletics Coach

Ethan's passion is coaching across all levels and disciplines. He has multiple years of experience coaching from grassroots to professional teams, youth to senior players, and multi-disciplinary sports including athletics, rugby, football, and netball. He utilises a player-centred approach to identify their needs for long-term physical development and aspirations. This was developed through my Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning at Hartpury University, where he completed placement years at Cheltenham Town FC and Hartpury BUCS first team. During this time, he assisted with physical performance data collection and monitoring and on-and-off-pitch sport science duties. This provided a strong foundation for his coaching to progress to higher levels through group and one-to-one client coaching at Speed Project Training.
